Release Your Treasures

You were created to succeed, but whether you accomplish success is up to you. The universe is filled with treasures and you are one of the treasures planted on the universe. But there are hidden treasures that will help you accomplish greatness in life. You need people, wisdom, and knowledge. Embedded in knowledge are pieces of information that will help you develop skills, sharpen your talents, and improve your relationships.

Have you been searching for secrets to success? Before you travel far, let me give you this piece of advice, make use of these three points, and see what happens to your life:

1. Preparation- start now by developing and enhancing what you have. It could be talent, skills, ideas. Whichever field you belong the journey to greatness starts with a decision. Decide to start preparing your self for that big picture with a little step ahead of doing nothing.

2. Hard work – wishful thinking won’t deliver anything to you than dreams without reality. You must be diligent by putting to use your mind and body. Start working on your vision now. Manage your time well, make out time to connect with people that can mentor you, and influence you positively.  There is a lot to do with your mind and body and now is the time to start.

3. Learning from your failure- gather as many as possible information from your past mistakes and failures. Acquire quality knowledge and don’t just acquire knowledge but act on the information you get. The essence of learning is action.

Life comes with opportunities and God uses such to propel people to greatness but when an opportunity comes and you are not prepared, you miss the opportunity and when you are prepared, you grab it. But without hard work, you can’t go far and it gets worse when you are not a learner who consistently learns from failure in order not to repeat the circle and consistently learns from success in order to repeat the circle.

The only secret is to prepare yourself for what you desire, work hard at it, and never stop learning.

Years back, the co-founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg got a business opportunity and invited five of his friends to come over to his place but only three showed up. Now the three that met to discuss the business opportunity with Zuckerberg are billionaires now. The other friends who didn’t turn up for the meeting are far from the circle of billionaires today because they missed their opportunity. Your opportunity for greatness may come from any angle, don’t allow pride to limit you from accessing your treasure. Be open-minded and humble as you prepare yourself for the top.

See you at the top.

I celebrate you.

On The Road To Success

We are designed to dominate the universe by making use of its verse resources and enhance its productivity. You are wired to be fruitful. A male and female are proof of this, as they come together in union as husband and wife they reproduce themselves by giving birth to children, a new them emerges, having the likeness of the parents. We are given brain, we have a mind to think and process things, and as we act on those things we reap the harvest of our labor.

Three factors aid every success story:

1. Conception- the birth of ideas

2. Faith- strong belief in your idea and yourself, and

3. Action- working on the idea that you believe in to see it become a reality.

You transmute idea into reality going through this arithmetic:

Idea+ Faith+ Action= Reality/Result.

Whatever idea you believe in and act upon will produce you a reality/result.

This doesn’t mean things will just turn out productive for acting on your idea. In fact, sometimes you have to rework the idea and put in consistent effort to get your desired result. At some other times some ideas might not work out as you planned but you have to re-strategize and work it again. Sometimes, you might even need the counsel of a mentor over your ideas to get it to work out what you aim to accomplish.

Therefore, regardless of the obstacles that you might face, you must keep your faith alive. Surround yourself with people of like minds and interests. Give yourself to learning to improve your skills and knowledge in your niche. Above all, never give up on your dreams. As long as you are still alive, you will always find a way out as long as you are teachable. The future has a lot to offer, but you must give your best.

See you at the top.

Find Your Strength-2

image

“To become productive, find your strength and then find someone who needs your strength.”

An ancient Hebrew text reveals the conversion of God with one of the greatest Hebrew leaders called Moses: “And I have filled him with the Spirit of God in skill, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of craftsmanship, to make artistic designs for work with gold, with silver, and with bronze, and with cutting and setting stone, and with cutting wood, to work in all kinds of craftsmanship.”

The creator anoints with required capacity for diverse crafts. He endows mankind with ability for creativity. The origin of all craft works is from the Spirit of God. God released His Spirit on Bezaleel, a divine endowment for creativity which he was to train others and from there the craftsmanship spread from proteges whom He mentored to another and from one apprentice to another to this present age.  This clearly shows that God is so concerned about human race and His pattern of things for the planet earth. The big idea of God for creation of human as co-creator is revealed in the divine endowment such as talents, skills or gifts given to individuals. This peculiarity in us showcases the strength in every individual. The interests in us coupled with our personalities are deliberate for us to continue from where God stopped in the creation story so that we as co-creator can continue the work of our creator who is creative and has created us to be creative in our individual unique way. Our responsibility is to find our selling point which defines our strength. Now the big question is, what is your selling point? What is your strength? Your productivity lies in finding your strength just as Bazeleel discovered that God’s anointing upon him was not to preach but to be a craftsman for the nation of Israel and to reproduce himself in many. We all need to find our strength and find someone who needs our strength. Then life will be fun and productive for us all.

Find Your Strength 1

image
"Your ability to handle life challenges lies in the available strength (physical, spiritual, psychological, mental and social) within you."

The ability to do, cope or handle anything comes from the strength you have for that specific thing. Therefore, it is vital that we discover our strength to harness our productivity in every area of our endeavours. Many people are strengthened by different things, drugs, money, mental power and spiritual power, etc. We must be honest to ourselves that we are not wired for everything and not called for everything. We are created to be interdependent so that we can see one another as precious and valuable to help us reach our peaks in life. To ignore this is to set ourselves up for a fall. The richest man in the world today needs people to buy into his ideas and pay for his products and services. People contribute to his riches, so you see that no matter what he creates to solve a problem some people pay for it and in so doing he gets richer. His productivity is in the area of his strength.

“I am able ◄to cope with or handle every situation because Christ gives me the strength to do that.”~ Apostle: Paul of Tarsus~

To handle difficult people or situation requires strength in that area. According to ancient Hebrew scripture, “If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small”. The result we produce in dealing with people is based on our strength in handling and managing people. Consequently, we stand a better chance to deal with every situation by the available strength within us or what I call enabling. Therefore, when you realize you are performing lesser than required in a specific area in you life, check your strength level spiritually, mentally, physically, psychologically and socially. Above all, whatever we are wired for is what we are naturally strengthened for and progress is guaranteed without stress unlike when we force ourselves on a task we have no strength for, no passion and not even a will power. Everyone of us must find our area of strength and build on it to attain success in our callings. Find your strength.

True Living

image
The essence of true living is the fulfillment of one's dream.

Every human is designed and assigned a purpose which becomes a burning desire to be accomplished as a dream. Jesus as the son of man lived to fulfill the detail of His assignment. There is that thing calling for expression in every human. We all have dreams waiting for manifestation.
The brief of the story of Daniel Craig, aka James Bond got my attention. He was said to have slept on park benches in London. This same man now has several critically acclaimed movies that thrilled the world on his resume. The interesting thing to recall about him from his story was that this 007 actor waited tables and slept on park benches early in his career as an actor in order to fulfill his dream. This reminds me of an adage that says, “When there is life there is hope.” And some have also said it should be when there is hope there is life. Whichever angle you look at it, the key factor there for living is HOPE. Living life needs a bedrock of hope. Hope keeps a man going in life. Whatever dream it is that is daring, hope tells us of the expectation of its reality as we pursue with faith. True living starts from pursuing our dreams. The regular life of going to school, graduate, get a job and then get married seems so ordinary because everybody of age does that as a right of passage. But one thing that makes a difference is living our dream, bringing out the potentials, solving problems God created us to solve on the planet earth. Until we start living our dreams the essence of true living is yet to be unraveled.

Present challenges must not stop you. Your eyes must be on your dream and the energy channeled to bring it into reality. That is what you are created for. It is beyond just climbing up a ladder and getting promoted or making many profit in seven digits but with all these put together the purpose is in the dream being fulfilled. Our great fulfilment will definitely come when our dreams are fulfilled because it shows we have lived full and are ready to die empty, leaving behind books, music, movie script, inventions to our world . True living is living out your dream. Start small and make it progressive. Fulfil your calling, fulfil your mission before you leave the earth. Fight against all odds and put in your best to transmute that dream into reality.

Act Now

image
"The critical  ingredient  is  getting  off  your  butt  and  doing  something.  It's as simple as that.  A lot  of  people  have ideas,  but there  are  few  who decide to  do  something about them  now.  Not tomorrow.  Not next  week. But today.  The  true  entrepreneur is  a doer." ~ Nolan Bushnell ~

Having an idea is not sufficient but acting on the idea, not later but now. Procrastination is a vision killer, don’t give in to shifting the day you will do that thing without a reason beyond your control, now is the right time to act and not later. Act on your ideas now.

“Action is  the  foundational  key  to  all  success.”  ~ Anthony  Robbins~

Opportunity For A Fresh Start

image

Greet each day with an understanding of accepting it as another opportunity for a fresh start or  new beginning or new horizon. Receive it with a heart of gratitude, look ahead with lessons from the past and great faith in today and great expectation for the future in all your endeavours. It can always get better when you reach out with freshness of a new day for a brand new opportunity to right the wrong, set new goals  and break new ground.

“Dwell not  on  the past.  Use  it to illustrate  a  point, then  leave  it behind. Nothing really  matters  except  what you  do  now  in  this  instant of  time. From  this  moment onwards you can  be  an  entirely  different  person,  filled with love  and understanding, ready  with an outstretched  hand,  uplifted  and  positive in  every thought  and deed.” ~Eileen Caddy~

Champions

image

Many sportsmen train in the gyms but only few become champions. Not all that went to school are successful in the real world, hence, it’s not all about the training ground but about a desire to break new ground and writing your name in gold. The burning desire to be the best and number one becomes a vision, a dream that makes an ordinary sportsman go all out to make history and win a gold medal to become a Champion. Your path to success starts from that burning desire, a dream or a vision. Pursue it and I will see you at the top.

“Champions aren’t  made in  the  gyms. Champions  are made  from  something  they have deep inside  them  – a desire,  a  dream,  a  vision.” – Muhammad  Ali

Character

image

Character is the major force to sustain your success story. A disciplined man is a man of character, being consistent is a character, delayed gratification is a character, integrity is also a character and being hardworking is a character as well, so, all these qualities and more make a solid character that will build and sustain a success story. Therefore, character is always your choice, and people of character do what is right regardless the situation and while your circumstances are beyond your control, your character is not. Moreover, character is developed through experience of trial and suffering through which the soul can be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved. Consequently, developing strong character is certainly the most important to make sure you don’t make the least of your success story. To climb the ladder of success through years of hard work and discipline can be ruined by a compromise on character, therefore, stay strong all the way.

“It takes  20 years to  build a reputation  and  five  minutes  to ruin it.  If  you think about that,  you’ll  do things  differently.” ~ Warren Buffett~

The Road Less Travelled

image

If you must make a difference in life, you must take the road less travelled. There are no crowd at the top, just few people are able to get to the top because the few took the road less travelled- delayed gratification, self discipline, concentration, resilience, perseverance, determination, massive action, etc. Success comes with a price and only those who pay the price earn it. If you desire a remarkable result in your field, you must not follow the crowd but be single minded, focus on your dream and do the unusual to get the unusual result different from the crowd.

“The  man  who  follows  the  crowd  will usually  get  no  further  than  the  crowd.  The man  who walks alone is  likely  to find  himself  in  places no  one has ever  been.”  – Alan Ashley-Pitt
